Book .-
To be able to book an apartment through our site must fill out the form. It is important that we mention the duration of stay as well as the number of person (s) who (is) deal. To book it has to send a money order with a payment equivalent to 50% of the monthly rent, through Western Union or Money Gram, which will be included as part of payment in the future, personally or if it found itself in Lima.

On arrival, during check in...
a) You must cancel the payment due each month and that you will get a contract, you see each making a payment he was handed a receipt for that amount. so it was handing the keys to the apartment.
b) You should review the apartment previously and verify the status of services.
c) Additionally it requires a payment by way of security deposit, which will be refundable at the end of the contract.

At the exit, at check-out :
a) Will be refunded bonds, prior to the verification of some of our good condition and use of services.

Cancellation .-
It is important to remember that the booking fee is not refundable, unless you notify us 35 days' notice, enough time for us to make another reservation with a different tenant, and we are not harmed. We appreciate your understanding.

- Thirty five (35) days or more before arrival, 50% of the value of the balance.
- Thirty four (34) days to (1) day before arrival, 0% of the value of the balance.


Number of Occupants .-
The customer must inform us which is the number of people in total, as well as their personal data. Only persons named in the reserve will be allowed to use the apartment. The number of people using the apartment can not exceed the capacity established. Where "peru-apartment", is found to be violating the terms of the contract, we will be obliged to terminate the contract.

Behavior .-
The tenant-lessee will be responsible for the proper and decent behavior of all persons who accompany him. It is hoped that guests are considered to behave respectfully and with neighbors. If the tenant-lessee or any of his companions does not behave according to the civic norms or rules specific to the property and its environs peru-apartment will have the right to ask to leave the apartment without him or his companions have the right to make claims or receive any compensation.

We also offer the service to the airport to pick up additional fee.
